HOW TO ENABLE MICROSOFT FRAME WORK 3.5 0N WINDOWS 8, 8.1 OFFLINE
1. Get windows 8 or 8.1 image on your computer
2. mount the windows image
3. open your command prompt as an administrator
4. copy the text at point 5
5. Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:K:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
NB: At the source please my is K yours may change so check that first and choose the exact source
6. HIT ENTER and now net framework 3.5 will be enabled
